The National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) on October 30, 2026, pursuant to SEBI Circular dated October 30, 2026, has informed Trading Members regarding the extension of the deadline for compliance with the requirements under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 and the rules made thereunder.
Accordingly, SEBI has extended the timeline up to January 31, 2027, for the appointment of an IAAP Auditor, conducting accessibility audits of digital platforms and remediation of findings identified during the audit. Trading Members are required to complete the prescribed activities within the extended timeline.
