Finance & Taxation Compliance The Government of Goa on October 30, 2026, issued notification to amend Notification No. 38/1/2017-Fin(R&C)(13/2017-Rate) dated 30th June, 2017, related to the categories of services on which tax will be payable under the reverse charge mechanism.

In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 15, in column (3), for the figure “6”, the figure “9” shall be substituted.

This notification shall come into force with effect from November 01, 2026.
