The National Stock Exchange International Exchange on November 02, 2026, in reference to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) Circular No. 05/2026 dated October 24, 2026, has extended the deadline for submission of Annual Returns by Clearing Members for FY 2025-26 to December 31, 2026, in line with the MCA's extension of the due date for filing financial statements with the Registrar of Companies.
Clearing Members are required to submit their Annual Returns for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, on or before December 31, 2026, through the NSE International Exchange Member Portal.
