Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Directorate General of Trade Remedies (DGTR), on October 21, 2026, issued a corrigendum to the Final Findings Notification No. 6/44/2025-DGTR dated September 16, 2026, concerning the anti-dumping investigation into imports of Copper Data Cables originating in or exported from China PR. The corrigendum rectifies a typographical error in paragraph 111 of the final findings, wherein the unit of measurement for the recommended anti-dumping duty was incorrectly mentioned as MT instead of KM.

Accordingly, the recommended anti-dumping duty shall be calculated in US dollars per kilometre (US$/KM). The recommended duty is NIL for imports manufactured by four specified Chinese producers, namely ZTC Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., Jinhua Guanyang Electronic Technology Co. Ltd., Zhejiang Chaolian Electronic Co., Ltd. and Ningbo Excellence Communicated Connector Co., Ltd. A duty of US$86/KM is recommended for other producers in China PR and imports originating in countries other than China PR but exported from China PR.

The individual duty rates are subject to presentation of a valid commercial invoice containing the prescribed producer declaration. In the absence of such an invoice, the duty applicable to all other producers shall apply. The recommended anti-dumping duty is for a period of five years from the date of notification to be issued by the Central Government.
