Industry Specific Compliance The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) on November 05, 2026, has directed all Internet Service Provider (ISP) Licensees holding Internet Service Authorization to immediately block access to 97 websites/domains, as specified in the enclosed list, in compliance with the Hon’ble Delhi High Court orders dated September 15, 2026.

The direction is issued with reference to paragraphs 37 and 39 and Lists 12 to 18 of the Court Order. All concerned licensees are required to take immediate necessary action to ensure compliance with the Court’s directions.
