The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) on November 04, 2026, issued the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference (Fourth Amendment) Regulations, 2026, further to amend the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations, 2018.
They shall come into force from November 07, 2026.
It states that Regulation 35A, as inserted by the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference (Third Amendment) Regulations, 2026 (5 of 2026), shall come into force from such date as the Authority may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
