Commercial Compliance The Home Department, Maharashtra on November 20, 2025, issued the notification under the Maharashtra Prohibition Act.

The following has been stated namely: -

• Reference is drawn to notification no. MIS 0425/C.R.82/Exc-2 regarding the liquor duty revision

• On pages 1 to 5, On Page 5-In line 22, for "Maharashtra Foreign Liquor, 1953" read "The Bombay Foreign Liquor Rules, 1953".
